Importing listings from a spreadsheet
An agency doesn’t have to post properties one by one. In My account — “My ads” → “Import from a spreadsheet”:
- download the XLSX or CSV template in your language;
- fill it in or export properties from your own database: object number, type, city, title, description, price, category fields and photo links;
- upload the file — we check every row just like the posting form and show what is ready and what to fix;
- create drafts — we download the photos from the links ourselves;
- send everything for review with one button.
Who can use it: a company with a confirmed phone and an account older than 7 days — up to 30 rows per upload; with verified documents — up to 300. Categories: long-term rentals — flats, studios, rooms, houses; short-term — flats, houses and cottages, guesthouses; for sale — flats and houses.
Pace: listings of a batch are reviewed one after another, not all at once: a batch of 100 is usually done the same day, a batch of 300 in about two days; if other agencies’ batches are being reviewed at the same time — longer. We show the result on the batch page and send it in one message.
Updates: upload the file again with the same object numbers to update prices, texts, fields and photos; “rented” or “sold” closes the listing (a draft is deleted). The file doesn’t change listings under review, and listings missing from the file are not closed. Before applying, we show what will change.
Limits: 20 file checks a day, applying a file 3 times a day, 3 to 20 photos per listing. We don’t download photos from listing sites (ss.ge, myhome.ge and others).
Company verification
In My account, under “Profile and verification”, choose the “Company” type and upload an extract from the Registry of Entrepreneurs. Once verified, your profile gets a “Documents verified” badge. We delete the file 30 days after the decision.
