1. What this agreement covers

doberi (doberi.ge, hereinafter “we”) is a classifieds platform for Georgia: housing rentals, goods and electronics, services, jobs. This agreement describes how you may use doberi and takes effect when you sign in to an account or post a listing. You may browse listings without an account.

2. Account

  • The website may be used by individuals over 18 years of age or by companies duly registered in accordance with the law.
  • You sign in via Telegram, Google, or a link or code sent to your email. You are responsible for access to these accounts and for everything done in your name.
  • One person — one account. A company may create a separate account of the “Company” type.
  • We may ask you to verify your phone number or a document if this is necessary for security.

3. Our role

doberi is a platform, not a party to any transaction. We do not sell, rent out or hire, do not hold money and do not deliver goods. Contracts are concluded between the seller and the buyer, the landlord and the tenant, the employer and the job seeker. We do not guarantee the quality of goods and services, the accuracy of listings or that a transaction will take place, but we check listings and help if something goes wrong.

4. Listings

  • You post listings in accordance with the posting rules and are responsible for their content: description, price, photos and the lawfulness of the offer.
  • Posting is free. Listings run for 30 days, or 90 days for services; renewal is free.
  • We check listings using AI and moderators and may refuse to publish, hide or remove a listing if it violates the rules or the law.
  • You permit us to display your listing on the website, in search and in doberi mailings, to translate it into other languages and to reduce the size of photos — for the entire period of publication and for 30 days after the listing is removed.

5. AI features

The AI assistant fills in fields based on your text and photos, translates listings and assists with checks. AI can make mistakes: before publishing, you check what it has filled in. You, not the AI, are responsible for the listing.

6. Communication and reviews

  • In chats and reviews, you may not insult or threaten others, send spam or ask for card details or codes.
  • A review may be left only for a real transaction. We remove reviews that violate the rules, but we do not remove honest negative reviews.
  • We may automatically check the first messages in new conversations and messages with links, card numbers or mentions of prepayment in order to warn about fraud.

7. Restriction and blocking

For violations, we may restrict your ability to post listings or block your account. In cases of fraud, we block the account immediately. If you disagree, write to support@doberi.ge and a moderator will review the decision.

Everything on doberi is free right now. If paid services appear, they will be provided by a company; we will publish their terms separately before sales begin.

9. Liability

doberi is a free service, and we provide it “as is”. We make every effort to keep the website running without interruption, but we are not liable for outages beyond our control or for transactions between users: arrangements, payment, or the quality of goods and services. These limitations apply to the extent permitted by the laws of Georgia.

How we process data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Changes to the agreement

We may amend this agreement. We will give notice of material changes on the website or in Telegram at least 14 days in advance. Changes required by law or for the safety of users take effect immediately. If you continue to use doberi after that, you agree to the new version.

12. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are first resolved through correspondence at support@doberi.ge, and then in the courts of Georgia under the general rules of jurisdiction.
